Oomny B.V. is registered in the Dutch Commercial Register (Handelsregister) of the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel). Its registered office (statutaire zetel) is in ’s-Gravenhage (The Hague), the Netherlands. The sole shareholder and director is Momeijer Holding B.V.
2 What we do
oomny makes small, focused iOS apps — 14 of them so far — distributed through Apple’s App Store. Most are a one-time purchase; some are a subscription. Either way Apple is the merchant of record for the sale. Each app is listed, with its own page, on this site.
3 Privacy & terms
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy; the terms for using our apps and this website are in our terms. These cover every oomny app — where an app differs (for example, whether it syncs, or is a subscription), the policy and terms say so, and the app’s App Store privacy label confirms it.
4 Complaints & disputes
If something is wrong, email support@oomny.eu first — we would rather fix it. For privacy matters you may also contact the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own EU/EEA country always continue to apply.
