1 Contact us
Email support@oomny.eu for anything — a question, a bug, a feature idea. Feature ideas are genuinely wanted; the roadmap is shaped by real users. You can also use the in-app feedback link in each app.
2 Help for a specific app
Each app has its own support page with step-by-step help for what that app does — importing, exporting, backing up, and the rest:
- Aida: Cross Stitch Tracker
- Kestrove: Home Inventory
- Wardory: E-Invoice & Time
- Saidly: Kind Words, Kept
- Offwatch: End the Workday
- Strata: Year Over Year
- Folded: Your Year, Written
- Pledgewise: Your Insights, Compounding
- Elegy: Hold the Ones You've Lost
- Hearthstone: A Private Caregiver Log
- Cardpile: Flashcards
- Withory: Couples Budget
- Duelword: Daily Word Duel
- Decoy: Daily Code Duel
3 Restore your purchase
Bought an app and reinstalled, or got a new device? Your unlock is tied to your Apple account, not to us:
- Make sure you are signed in with the Apple account you purchased with.
- Open the app → the paywall or settings → Restore Purchases.
Family Sharing is enabled on all oomny apps — household members share your unlock at no extra cost.
4 Manage a subscription
Where an app is offered as a subscription, you manage, switch or cancel it in your Apple account settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. The full terms are in our terms.
5 Refunds
Apple is the merchant of record for every oomny app, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something doesn’t work and Apple says no, write to us anyway — we’d rather fix the problem.
6 Your data & backups
Your content lives on your device, and — for an app that syncs — in your own iCloud. How to back up, export or restore depends on the app, so the steps live on that app’s support page (above) and in its in-app help. How we handle data in general is in our privacy policy.
